I have to say that using a powder shampoo in the shower did take a little getting used to, but, my hair has honestly never felt better. I am now on my second purchase and I have also purchased it for a friend's present also.

This is my third time trying this product and I guess it's really just not for my hair. The first time I tried it, I was surprised at how it felt on my hair to the point of describing it as "laundry detergent for my hair". I gave it a second and third chance and well, I guess, it's just really not for me. I sincerely hope it's working out well for others.

I love this powder shampoo. I bought a small can to take on holiday, because it is very light compared with a bottle of shampoo. It was fantastic and I only used a fraction of this small can. I love that it is environmentally friendly as well, having used no plastic and being refillable. My hair feels very nice after using it as well.
I then bought a box of nine very small cans and have used this opportunity to try the volumising conditioner. My hair is very fine and I can’t generally use conditioner but with this one my hair was lovely and soft but still had body.

I’m peri menopausal and have been experiencing hair shedding and loss for about 3 years. There are patches of my scalp that are much thinner, particularly around my temples. I had tried everything on the market and nothing seemed to work, including HRT.
I saw this and thought I’d give it a go and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been using this shampoo for a month now and within a week I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of shedding - I used to have to clear the shower drain after every shower and I’d retrieve a large lump of fallen hair. Within a week that loss had reduced by at least 3/4, I couldn’t believe it. 4 weeks later my hair is looking and feeling amazing, the thin patches on my scalp are looking fuller and I’ve got baby hair growing on my temples and at the front of my hair line - possibly in other places too, it’s just not as easy to notice.

I have been trying for ages to find a sustainable haircare brand that really works. I think I've found what I was looking for in The Powder Shampoo. I love the no-plastic packaging. The aluminium bottles are bright and soooooo aesthetically pleasing! It took me a few goes with the shampoo, to work out how much I needed for my very thick hair. As promised, a little goes a very long way. The product lathers well but does not strip my hair. The scent is nice - natural and not overpowering. I use a funnel when decanting from the refill pouch into the bottle. I am also using the conditioner now and my hair feels so soft after using it. The body wash is also lovely to use. It feels nourishing and doesn't irritate my skin, which is very dry in places. What's not to love? Absolutely nothing. Thank you :)

Wonderful smell, brilliant concept, and highly effective when made up. However, the powder is so very fine that when transferring from pouch to bottle there was so much spillage and inhalation (I literally will need to wear a mask next time decanting the powder refill into a bottle as I could taste the powder in my mouth and feel it in my airways for about an hour afterwards!) and also because of the consistency, hard to shake out from the bottle in the shower without then loads coming out and it spilling in the shower…meaning there’s lots of wastage.

this was the first time I used the shampoo and conditioner. The bottles were small for my suitcase (I tend to overpack) and worked great on a 12 day cruise. Leaving in 3 days for a 15 day cruise and I’m taking them with me again.

WOW. After 2 weeks of use, the shampoo and conditioner in pink- WOW. My hair is thicker, fuller, more full of body. The conditions is a bit gritty, but it doesn't seem to affect how great my hair feels. The grittiness totally rinses out. Hair feels soft and smooth, brushes out nicely. My hair is past my waist in lenght.

Really was quite skeptical whether a powder could be good. I've used solid shampoos before and didn't have a great experience but was attracted by the ease of travel. I've used this for a couple of months now and have noticed a big difference in how healthy my hair looks and feels.
