Love the product but packaging is terrible. This is the second shipment I’ve gotten that has this issue. The first timei dismissed it as “oh, I got a bad batch or soemthing mistve happened.” This shipment, both of the pouches I got had holes in the BOTTOM of the pouch, and there was a huge puff of product that came out when I tore the shipping bag off. I’m all for being environmentally conscious, but the paper pouch or maybe the adhesive for the pouch is just not working. Super bummed that I have wasted product due to shipping and I have to come up with a different storage solution rather than these pouches, and also try to figure out how to get said product out of the bottom holes rather than the actual spout place as intended.
Love this powder shampoo/conditioner & shower wash. Smells great lathers well and you only need a tiny amount. Looking forward to diffetert shower wash scents
There was an issue with some missing items in my order due to a packaging issue. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and got me the missing item very quickly.
I tried the Nourishing Repair Conditioner For Thick, Damaged & Frizzy Hair Geranium & Rosemary on my recent holiday. I was impressed with how well it lathered up and my hair did feel clean after. It is just that as my hair is highlighted and coloured I felt it needed more conditioning. But, it is a great product especially for holidays/travelling and if my hair was not so damaged would 100% use all the time for holidays.
