I like how the conditioner works once I get it in my hair. However, the product is way clumpier than their shampoo and I could barely get any out of the container. It kept clogging the holes. Since I had just opened it I don't think this was a "it got wet" situation. It took forever to get enough product for use in my hair, although once in, worked great.
Such a great shampoo , so easy to use -no losing half of it down the sink ! A tin lasts for such a long time and takes up so little space . Love it !

Never used a powder shampoo before & it’s awesome so easy to use,been using it for almost a month,hair doesn’t seem to be getting thicker just yet but lve less falling out..Overall it’s leaves your hair fealing light,clean & super soft.😊
I was surprised at how nice this leaves my hair. I was really looking for something "acceptable" that would be easier to travel internationally with, but I'm switching full-time.

This body wash works really well, smells nice and will be very handy for travel being so much lighter than a bar of soap. I have sensitive skin so often don’t react well to shower gel provided by hotels so this is definitely an improvement.
The product lathers well. The thyme scent is interesting. I am more of a fan of fruit scents. So I focus more on the utilitarian aspects rather than the aesthetic. I love that I am reducing my plastic waste by using a product like this. I can see it having enormous potential for travel as well. You can have a lot of shampoo without having to worry about liquid restrictions on a flight.

I have a cover to catch my hair whist in the shower, there is hardly any hair been caught now.
You DO only need a small bit to shampoo your hair ( i wet my hand, put product on hand and then use my other wet hand to rub together, works best)
Great product really really like it wonderful concept
but unfortunately not for me as my hair was so tangled I couldnt get a comb through the ends without a lot of effort so wont be purchasing anymore .

I bought it for my trip to Indonesia to reduce the liquid bag. I was very pleasantly surprised with it. It washes well and leaves my hair in good condition. Will definitely buy another bottle!
Honestly, this is the best silicone-free conditioner I’ve ever used! makes my hair feel soft, smooth & healthy — and without the heavy buildup. Sure, silicone-free products don’t give that ultra-slick feel like some mainstream ones do... BUT since silicones mess with my scalp and the planet, I’m happy to stick with this clean, eco-friendly gem. and i LOVE the geranium scent
I tried other powder conditioners before and they are so bad, no effect at all.
so I tried this and hoped for the best and indeed it was smooth and soft when my hair is dry (not when hair is wet). the only conditioners that make hair smooth when wet are those with silicone. I do not want to use silicone hair products. make my fine hair heavy and flat.
Very lightweight conditioner. Doesn’t weigh hair down which is good for my very thin hair. Great smell. Initially bought for travel but using it every day now along with the shampoo. Would have given 5 stars but it doesn’t quite condition my hair as much as I would have liked.
The shampoo works well without drying my hair; the conditioner conditions without weighing it down, and is really easy to rinse out. Also, my scalp is happy, and it all smells amazing.
This range of products for the hair are wonderful, it does not weigh the hair down, but nourishes it & leaves it clean. The powder delivery is awesome, in 54+ years of hairdressing I have never seen anything that could measure up to this.
I thought I needed more than I really do. You'd be surprised. Saturate your hair, and wet your hand. It bubbles so much. Great product!

Just not sure I will buy again, just because it took 2 months to get to me. And the taxes were almost as expensive as the products I bought. So instead of paying €115, I paid an extra €94 in taxes. I know it's not the powder shampoo fault. But I will be waiting when the open an distribution center in Europe. 😅
Because €209 for 9 MINI products was ridiculous.
Got used to the non-silicone based conditioner and is using it with every hair wash! My hair seems to shine even more and feels healthier!
